Participating in continuous improvement efforts suggesting improvements. 负责设施系统包括但不限于厂区建筑/设施，变配电站，配电柜，空调系统，空压系统，供水系统，照明，室外绿化，雨污水管网，特殊气体，安防系统等及特种设备的巡检、运行维护、维修等工作，并针对设施日常运行情况提出优化建议。 3.Responsible for the maintenance of buildings in the plant including but not limited to doors and windows, walls, floors, tables and chairs. 负责厂区内建筑的维修包括不限于门窗，墙面，地面，卫生间桌椅等。 4. Implement preventive maintenance and draw up the maintenance plan for ensure the facilities systems are in operating efficiently. 定期执行预防性维护，维修保养计划，确保设施系统设处于良好状态并高效运行。 5. 5S Management, Monitor construction site. 设施区域等5S清洁整理及监管施工现场工作等。 6. Files of facility management. 协助设施设备资料及运行文件整理，绘制，存档。 7. Relevant certificate, such as special equipment certificate, electrician certificate. 持有相关需求资质证，如特种设备管理员证，电工证。 8. Flow SBD's Rules. Comply with EHS requirements including electrical safety, LOTO, high risk operation management, etc., complete other tasks assigned by line manager. 遵守SBD公司章程. 遵守EHS相关要求包括电气安全，LOTO,高风险作业管理等，完成其它上级安排的工作。 PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述 1、 Background： College or above 学历背景：技校或大专学历。 2、 Working experience: Relative to Facility working experience with 3 years 工作经验：具备相关厂务设施操作经验3年及以上。 3、Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, QC080000 and HSF is preferred.
