Responsibilities and duties
• Monitoring the quality performance of related production line, report to QE.
负责跟踪监控产线质量表现,并及时反馈质量工程师
• Daily Scrap red bin review and drive the improvement action.
负责日常报废分析和推动责任部门改善
• Daily Red Tag review and drive the improvement action.
负责日常红牌分析和推动责任部门改善
• PPAP, LOT Sheet & inspection WI update for ECN.
工程变更相关质量资料信息更新与提交
• GP12 of customer complaint review and drive the improvement action.
负责客诉GP12的分析与推动改善
• Employee quality awareness and knowledge training.
负责一线生产员工质量意识的培训
• Monitoring the condition of corrective actions for customer complaint
负责跟踪监控客户投诉改善措施的执行情况
• Support QE for Customer complaint collection, analyzing, action driving.
协助质量工程师处理客户投诉原因分析与对策跟踪
• Support QE to prepare production checking for Customer visit and audit.
协助质量工程师提前准备&确认客户审核生产线的准备工作
• Support QE for Poor quality cost improvement driving.
协助质量工程师推动质量成本的改善
• Any other tasks deemed commensurate with your role by management.
其他管理层指派的工作
Basic qualifications
• College degree or above.
专科学历或以上
• Understanding production drawing and inspection method.
了解产品图以及检查方法
• Written and reading in English.
具有英语读写能力
• Good communication skills, has more than 1 year related work experience
良好的沟通技巧,有1年以上的相关工作经验优先
• PC skills, especially MS Excel. PPT
熟悉计算机操作,熟练运用Excel PPT
• Strong hands-on ability, can able to work overtime if needed
动手能力强,能够适应加班
